Russ and Laura,
I just wanted to send you off with sweet wishes. I’ve been a reader of your blogs for a few months now and have truly enjoyed getting to know the both of you, your passions, and adventures through this medium. My partner Julia and I make home in Berkeley, CA and just took a few weeks to tour from Eugene homeward. If you’re in Berkeley and looking for a good pint or sheltered evening send me an email. Best of travels to both of you, I’ll be following your journey closely.
With love,
Adam
Rock on you two.
When you hit NJ be sure to shout out, I can give you the grand tour of all the places you should avoid and never visit at night. 😉
And a few spots that will take your breath away… in a good way, that is.
Congratulations on the start of your big new adventure, it’s been great fun following along with the preparations and I’m looking forward to hearing about all the new experiences and places you’ll be exploring.
Good luck and happy trails,
Justin.
I’ve been following your other blog for a bit and this one since it started up, but this is my first time (I think) posting to either.
I just wanted to say have fun, and be safe … I’m very much looking forward to your stories!
With luck, our paths will cross (I’m shooting for a trip to the Yucatan for 2012, who knows?). If not, always know you can reach me for anything (I have good friends just about everywhere in the US and Europe, and can always find you a place to lay your head for a few nights).
Hey I am in Upstate NY…apple country…BEAUTIFUL SITES if you want to travel out this way….let me know…I’ll give you a tour of some local farms…orchards…lake views of the point and bluffs…depending on the season…snowmobile rides…I am so imspired by the both of you!
