Behind every Bike Mustache…
Laura has been getting some new orders for bike mustaches, the ultimate way to express your sense of style, sophistication and humor on your bike. With the new orders, we thought it would be cool to show you what goes behind each one.
This particular bike mustache was made here, at Bagby Recreational Area in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. Behind us is a valley through which the Merced river runs through.
We reached this site after a short day that had lots of climbing. It was a beautiful site with hardly anyone around. Laura set up her tools on the camp’s picnic table.
Each bike mustache is lovingly handmade, often on picnic tables at campsites or at the homes of our hosts. Laura is going to start sending notes with each bike mustache with the location where they were made.
Each one lets us stay on the road longer, not to mention makes your bike look infinitely more dashing! Order yours today!

As I was reading, I was thinking it would be cool if you wrote a note about where it was made and voilà, you already decided to include it.
Sent the link along to my wife for the upcoming holiday season.
NotCot had a post about the bike mustaches this morning. http://www.notcot.org/post/26153/
I actually clicked through just to make sure it was Laura’s work and not someone else 🙂
I love the bike mustaches! Great idea to include a note about where they are made too. I am enjoying your blog so much and hope you can stay on the road as long as you want.
I actually shot coffee out of my nose on the last pic of Laura wearing the headbadge. Very funny!
I thought you and your readers would enjoy this prosthetic mustache site I found through the Sacramento Tweed Bike Ride: http://www.nifnaks.com/creations-shop/moustachios/view-all-products.html
