Descending from Carlsbad Caverns
Gotta love campsites with internets! Shot this earlier this afternoon, edited and uploaded it from a picnic table! We’re contemplating getting a Verizon broadband modem so we can have more reliable internet connection so we can do more broadcasts from our tent and campsites. If you’re interested in helping us out with it let us know!
On to the movie.

What a glorious ride!
Nice video. What’s the audio? It looks like it warmed up for you. The who stretch from Carlsbad through Las Cruces to Tucson is awesome. That area is just vast. I spent a January between college semesters down there with a friend, driving around, climbing and sleeping under bridges and stuff. They don’t call it the Land of Enchantment for nothing. Enjoying the posts.
thanks for the Valentines! Loved it!
best thing i’ve seen in weeks, thank you.
(the song is, i think, an acoustic version of Postal Service’s “Such Great Heights”)
unloaded!
Nice! Really liked the terraces on the rocks toward the end there…makin’ me jealous, as usual guys! Keep it up!
ethan is correct. The cover is performed by Iron & Wine. Great music.
Very nice. What a smooth ride.
Nice!!! I assume that was the Lumix and not the iPhone this time; what camera mount are you using for your handlebars? What editing software?
I remember well the climb up to the caverns way overloaded on my second day of touring. To me the return downhill seemed far to short. Love reading your blog.
Oh, what a beautiful video! That’s one of my favorite songs, too. I’ve never ridden that ride, but it’s sure inspiring to watch you guys fly down.
