We got into Dirty Kanza 200 this year! Gulp. We are launching a vlog series on our preparation for Dirty Kanza. We’ve never ridden that far in one go. We’ve never trained for an event before. The series will document the ups and downs of preparing for Dirty Kanza.

I found that daily yoga has really helped my cycling. I used to think that my legs needed to be stronger for my cycling to improve, but learned through doing daily yoga that it was really my core that needed to be stronger. Mid- to advanced level yoga is a full body work out that I strongly recommend.
