Rode Trip: 50 Gravel Miles on the Iron Horse Trail (Ellensburg to Cle Elum)
We slipped in a 5 hour #couch2kanza ride on the Iron Horse Trail in Washington. We rode the section connecting the cool bike friendly town of Ellensburg to Cle Elum where we got some BBQ from an old train depot. Great ride. Windy. Two tunnels and river views.

Nice vid! Cold and windy for sure (it’s always breezy in Ellensburg :-)). Sure hope you consider coming over to the Bellingham, WA area. Love reading and watching you both!
Love the vids, guys. Looks like gorgeous training. Recommend you try to do some hill work before DK. Remember: Kansas is NOT flat.
Thanks for this! I’m planning on picking up the Iron Horse, crossing over from Beverly. Looking forward to taking the rail trails all the way (minus the missing bits) all the way through to Seattle!
