Gravel Bike vs Drop Bar Bike Geometry
Gravel bikes and drop bar mountain bikes look really similar from afar. Big tires. Drop bars. Are they essentially the same? Are there noticeable differences in handling? Which one should you get? In this video I break down the most common bike geometries in the modern gravel bike and compare it to drop bar mountain bikes and translate all in plain English 🙂

Hello, I like your YouTube articles and discussions. I have several gravelbikes but all are between 71 and 72 degree steering angle. On icy winterroads I would like to build a new bike on a mtb-frame, but find that the horisontal toptube is far too long dispite using shorter stem and zero offset seatpin. How can I deal with this issue? A smaller frame is to low for my 78,5cm saddle measurement. And I do already ude frames that are a bit small to me for having more fun and playfulness with the bike. But that is during summer and better grip. Do you have any recommendations and how to make my best choice of new bikeframe?
I live in Norway, above arctic circle.
