The Rivendell Susie Longbolts in many ways embodies the things we love about 90s mtbs.  Its durable, easy to work on and can be used both on the trails as well as in town.  The big difference however, is the Susie has a more modern “progressive” geometry with a long front center, slightly slacker HTA  and can also take much wider tires than the mountain bikes of yesteryear.  It seems like an unlikely comparison, but watch the video to find out why the best 90s mountain bike you can buy is probably a Riv.
